1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OuttaSite Studios, operating the OuttaSite platform at outtasite.ca and outtasite.app (“OuttaSite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, Google Business Profile audit tools, website generator, dashboard, or agency optimization services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

OuttaSite Studios provides local search visibility audits, Google Business Profile (GBP) management tools, AI search (AEO) optimization recommendations, review management workflows, and website design and hosting services for local businesses. Certain features may connect with Google APIs (including Google Places API and Google Business Profile APIs) when authorized by you.

3. User Accounts & Google Authorization

When you sign in with Google or connect your Google Business Profile to OuttaSite, you represent that you are the authorized owner or manager of the business profile(s) you connect. You retain full ownership of your business listings and content. You may revoke OuttaSite’s access at any time from your account settings or your Google Account security settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information to Google or any directory;
  • Violate Google Business Profile guidelines or third-party platform terms of service;
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; or
  • Access accounts or business profiles that you do not have permission to manage.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Public profile audits are provided free of charge. Paid reports, Quick-Fix Packs, website plans, and agency subscriptions are billed as stated at checkout. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, one-time digital audit packs are non-refundable once generated and unlocked, and recurring subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

6. No Guarantee of Search Rankings

Search engine algorithms, Google Maps rankings, and AI assistant recommendations are controlled by third parties (such as Google, OpenAI, and Perplexity) and change frequently. While OuttaSite Studios follows industry best practices to improve your local visibility and profile completeness, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volume, or business profile reinstatement outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OuttaSite Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
